Join us for the opening reception of "Time is Fleeting” in the Local Creatives Gallery on July 21, 2023 – 5:30-7:00 PM.

TEA TALK @ 6 pm.

This exhibit is in honor of the artist's Mother, who lives with dementia.

The pseudonym J.J. Jupiter is a childhood nickname given by the artist’s mother.

The name Jupiter evokes a creative process which emerged in childhood, while the imagery of flowers (living, dried, and fake) are meant to evoke contemplation and realization.

The artist also reminds us of the struggle we all face to define our own reality.
