CLASSROOMS
Fred Moran Visual Arts Studio
The Visual Arts room is our largest space offered for rent. This classroom measures 23’x38’, and is perfect for larger workshops or conferences, black box theater, and also features hardwood floors, serving counter, sink and washbasin for easy cleanup
Sun Room
This beautiful room measures 21’x26’. In addition to a gorgeous view, the room also has beautiful hardwood floors and a washbasin for easy cleanup.
HOSA Conference Room
Hold a meeting in our Historic Ocean Springs Association room, complete with a large conference table, large projector wall and classic Ocean Springs ambience.
A magical, intimate space that sits under a gorgeous oak tree. The courtyard provides a small stage, lovely flowers and greenery, a nice area to host poetry readings, movie nights, and so much more!
*The Courtyard is currently undergoing beautification. It will be available for rental soon!

FRONT LAWN
An expansive front lawn sits under 6 oak trees that provide excellent shade. The lawn is perfect for outdoor weddings, birthday parties, cookouts, and more.
GALLERIES
Host an intimate gathering surrounded by works of art in one of “The Galleries @ the Mary C!” These rental spaces include the Local Creatives Art Gallery and the Duckett Gallery, which are located on the east side of the building across the hall from one another.
KITCHEN
The Culinary Arts Kitchen offers 3 stoves/ovens, 2 extra ovens, a double-door fridge, 2 sinks, a 3-compartment sink, an ice machine, and 8 café tables with 2 chairs each.
LOBBY
Planning to sell tickets for an event? Need to host a small reception? The lobby is your place to do it! It is a nice intro space to your event, whether your event is held in the kitchen, theater, or one of our galleries.
TRENT LOTT THEATER
The Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center was the original school building for the City of Ocean Springs. The building has been restored, with and the original theater having been completely modernized.
The Trent Lott Theater is a very well-appointed space with excellent acoustics. There is a large amount of space backstage and the theater has excellent sound and light systems.
The stage floor is resilient and was built for dancers (excellent sound for tap dancing),
We have a Baby Grand Piano available for use on stage. It is tuned before each show at the expense of the user. We will mic the piano for the ultimate sound.
